After publishing yesterday’s newsletter on positions of interest during Spring Camp, there were some changes that were brought to my attention (h/t to Isaac Henson of the BSB community!) and an additional change that happened immediately after publishing. None that necessarily change the landscape of the roster but some depth changes that should be noted.
There are plenty of changes left in the near future and as spring progresses. A paid subscription to Bite-Sized Bison will ensure that you receive all of the analysis during those changes.

Below are some of the changes:
Jacob Mangum-Farrar is now listed as DL on the spring roster. Given his size and skillset, we can expect him to be working on the edges. I like this move because, as noted about LBs yesterday, there are several who could compete to start at the position, and this move allows more of those contributors to compete for playing time and meaningful roles that are more than depth at the position. This also makes a point I didn’t note enough in yesterday’s newsletter, which is that position changes (whether between CB and S like we might see with Nic Toomer, LB to DE like we’re seeing with JMF, or other potential hybrid spots) are a way to add depth to various positions on the roster without needing to reach into the transfer portal.
